Sixty-one percent of businesses are struggling to grow
and are not reaching their productivity, sales or

So what is holding them back?

people. People that are unreliable, unethical,

retrained them, given them a mentor, changed their job
description, performed employee reviews, given
ultimatums, etc., and they still are holding you back.
So what is left for you to do? Do I really need to tell

position of your company. Not just your management or
sales positions, but every position.
