People Values' History & Milestones:

People Values began helping small business owners and managers meet their productivity, sales and revenue goals in 2000.  The company was started by Grant D. Robinson.  Since then, People Values has introduced their strategies to tens of thousands of driven executives.

During the first four years of business, we developed and perfected our Job Matching Process ("everything you need to assure you're hiring productive & profitable people... before you hire them").  Early partners quickly saw the work-ethic and reliability of their staffs improve with this system.  Ultimately, their customer service improved, sales increased and they began reaching their revenue expectations.

National Awards & Exposure

In 2005, the Job Matching Process started receiving more than local exposure.  Grant was invited to present his process to the 1,000+ counselors at the National Convention of Americas Small Business Development Centers. 

Today, 99% of our new partners are referred to us by current clients, SBA Counselors and consultants throughout the US and Canada.  Since our process is on-line, duplicatable and customizable for small business, we also have clients in New Zeeland, Great Brittan, Australia and India. 

Why We Don't Advertise
You will not find an ad for People Values for one simple reason: not everyone can be our client.  We've found, that many business owners and manager do not believe their people are their number one asset.  Because of this, their workforce and their businesses will continue to underperforms and they will never accomplish their important goals. 

Who We Can't Help
We can only help a manager that has decided to no longer spend their time with the drama, conflict and apathy the wrong people on their team create.  The truth is, many business owners and managers are "addicted" to this drama and the constant battle of solving "people problems."  If this is you, we can't help... 

We can only help a business owner that has decided they no longer want to dedicate their time, energy and money (& basically their lives) supporting unmotivated, unproductive employees.  The truth is, many business owners and managers do not value their time or see how spending their energy and money on "people problems" is affecting their friendships, family life and health.  If this is you, we can't help...
